ResCare Community Customer Relations Manager Brandy Haskins has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Wichita, KS. Brandy was recognized as Diversity Champion at BrightSpring’s 2026 Enterprise Awards.
Brandy works with more than 300 support coordinators and provider partners, fostering collaboration rooted in respect, cultural awareness, and shared purpose. She promotes inclusion by amplifying diverse perspectives, encouraging equitable access to services, and supporting person-centered placements that honor individual backgrounds and needs. Her engagement with community partners strengthens trust, celebrates differences, and reinforces the organization’s commitment to diversity in both practice and outcomes.
Brandy has demonstrated strong mission-driven results through consistent referral sourcing, cross-team collaboration, and successful placements. She proactively partners with support coordinators and regional administrators to move individuals efficiently from referral to admission, directly advancing organizational goals related to timely placement and continuity of care. In 2025, this strategy directly resulted in 29 successful admissions.
