ResCare Community Living Regional Director Shawn Karimi has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Wichita, KS. Shawn was recognized as Regional Director of the Year at this year’s Community Living Divisional Awards presentation.
In 2025, Shawn increased his employee headcount by 68 and improved employee stability to reach 72.4%, representing a year-over-year growth of 13.2%. Across his region, ICF survey results were consistently below the state benchmarks, which demonstrates a regional focus on quality and client support.
