ResCare Community Living Executive Director Teresa Moran has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Cincinnati, OH. Teresa was recognized with the Quality Award at this year’s Community Living Divisional Awards presentation.
Under Teresa’s guidance, her operation achieved 13 out of 14 deficiency-free ICF surveys in 2025, an overall site review score of 94%, and a quality audit score of 97%. Her commitment to the quality supports individuals receive is also evident in documentation. Last year, the operation’s TMP documentation rate reached 99.1%, and the QuickMar missed documentation rate sat at 0.82%.
As a leader, Teresa sets an example where the culture of quality is the driving force behind the success of her operation. She directs her team with both high expectations and clear direction, holding them to standards that better support the needs of clients. Teresa has also helped in the development of new Executive Directors, and her survey readiness routines have been implemented across other operations. Above all, Teresa continuously strives to ensure each client is empowered by her team’s work.
